Case# 23-97175 On December 23, 2023, Officer Hadley was assisting with a female victim of a felony assault, rape and unlawful imprisonment in her home. Case# 22-090715 On December 14, 2023, Detective Nebeker made a third purchase of minutes for a cellphone for a victim in this case. The BCPO is close to resolving the case and requested more minutes to be able to communicate with the victim.

December 13th, 2023

Case# 23-094546 On December 13, 2023, Sergeant Newton responded to a disable vehicle blocking the road. A male ran out of gas near the intersection of Union St and 24 th Ave. His Dodge 1500 was pulling a 20ft motorhome. He did not have any money and was stranded. Sergeant Newton filled up a 5 gallon portable gas can for him, so he could continue his drive to the Finley area.

The caller discovered that someone overnight the back, passenger side of her Chevy Uplander minivan had been broken out. Case# 23-055231 On December 7, 2023, Damar Towing responded to an infant locked in a vehicle and was able to unlock it for an emergency locksmith. Officer Cain was dispatched to assist, as the family had no means to pay. Officer Cain decided to use the community care fund to pay for the response for the family who was in distress at the time.

Case# 23-090229 On November 26, 2023, Trooper Dietrich with the Washington State Patrol called to see if the Community Care Fund could help a family who was involved in a collision on I-82. A family of 4, husband, wife and two teenage children, were in a car accident. Wife was transported to Trios to be treated for her injuries.
