On February 25th, Detective Riley was investigating an auto theft. The vehicle was recovered; however, the keys were inside the vehicle and vehicle was locked. Mounts Locksmith services were requested to access the vehicle. The victim has been a victim of auto theft twice the first time the catalytic converter was stolen from her vehicle. The female victim was very appreciative.

On February 24, 2022 Detective Henry conducted an investigation involving a victim of human trafficking. The investigation required Detective Henry to take the victim’s cell phone as evidence. A replacement cell phone was purchase for the victim for a short-term solution in order for Detective Henry have contact with victim and continued investigation. Domestic Violence Services will assist the victim with long-term solution.

on February 2, 2022 Officer Vought was dispatched to contact a female needing assistance for a place to stay for the night. She advised her and her four children (ages 3, 5, 6 and 8) had been staying with a friend in the area or the last two months. on January 31, 2022 Detective McGee made contact with a female who advised her vehicle was out of gas. She advised she just needed a couple of gallons of gas to get herself and her autistic grandson home. She was provided with a full tank of gas and one $50 gift card.
