On October 19, 2019, Officers responded to a domestic disturbance between a female and her ex-boyfriend. A 12 year old female was also at the location during disturbance. Female has left the ex-boyfriend 4 ½ years prior but recently moved back in because she lost her job and did not have anywhere to go. Female felt stuck at the location. On October 18, 2019, female (same as above) was contacted after she had run out of money while staying at the Super 8. She had secured housing through a housing agency but it was not available until the following Monday. She was provided 3 additional nights at the Super 8 (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) to get her through the weekend until her housing was ready.

On October 15, 2019, a female was in the process of getting housing through an agency. She had been homeless and staying at the Super 8 motel. Officer contacted the property manager where she was going through who confirmed he had spoken with her and had two units immediately available. On October 9, 2019, officers were dispatched to a suicidal female. After talking with her, she had her vehicle towed earlier that morning from 395/Yelm the battery was bad, which it is why it died on the side of the highway. One of the stress triggers is the car, the community care fund was used to get the car out of impound and a new battery for her vehicle. 

On October 5, 2019, Officer Kuehny contacted a victim of theft of two car seats she had purchased the day of the report. She explained that she was not able to replace them until the next paycheck because she did not have funds to buy them again. Officer Kuehny asked the victim to follow him to Walmart and the community care would replace her car seats. She was very grateful!

On October 5, 2019, Sergeant Kiel was contacted by a male at the corner of N Perry Street and Clearwater Avenue. The male was inquiring about a shelter in Kennewick. He was advised of the Mission in Pasco, he stated that he had already tried there but it was full for the weekend. They engaged in conversation and male stated he did 15 days in jail for a trespass violation and has been clean from […]

On October 3, 2019, Officer Melone was dispatch to a malicious mischief call, the victim an elderly female on a fixed income. Suspect threw a large piece of wood through a window. She did not have the means to fix it. Funds were used to fix the window.
