Upon arrival officers contacted female in the parking lot advising the male suspect was inside the apartment with their child. She told officers that she had been emotionally and physically abused by her husband for the past five (5) years, culminating in the arrest of her husband for Assault, Felony Threats, and Resisting Arrest. On May 1, 2019 officers responded to welfare check. After investigating officers discover a mother with two children, ages 4 and 2, who advised possible abuse and domestic violence with biological grandfather. Child Protective Service confirmed the allegations. Three nights were purchased at Super 8 Motel to remove the children from the grandfather.
