On May 8, 2019 officers responded to domestic violence call. Upon arrival they contacted
female with two young boys. She told officers that she had been emotionally and physically
abused by her husband for the past five (5) years, culminating in the arrest of her husband for
Assault, Felony Threats, and Resisting Arrest. Female requested assistance with renting a U-
Haul, gas and food for her and her boys to leave the state. A U-Haul was rented for her and
provided her with $350 gifts cards donated from another organization to assisted her with her
move. She was very grateful!
