Case #24-013338 On February 21, 2024, at approximately 2110 hours, Officer Moreno assisted detectives with providing a family with a place to stay with the community care fund. Officer Moreno was advised by detectives that the family were witnesses in an investigation and needed a place to stay because the residence was being held for evidence. Case #013124 On February 21, 2024, a female was kidnapped and pulled through a bedroom window and drove to Pasco where she later escaped. Video captured the kidnapping confirming the victim story. Suspect is at large and had taken her cellphone. The community care was used to purchase a flip phone with pre-paid minutes to communicate with detectives, a two night stay at a Super 8 and a $50 Visa gift card for groceries.

Case #24-012831 On February 20, 2024, Officer Gardaya riding with Patrol Training Officer Sagen. At approximately, 0116 hours Officer Gardaya assisted Officer Holden with a field.
