On February 21, 2024, a female was kidnapped and pulled through a bedroom window and drove to
Pasco where she later escaped. Video captured the kidnapping confirming the victim story. Suspect is at
large and had taken her cellphone. The community care was used to purchase a flip phone with pre-paid
minutes to communicate with detectives, a two night stay at a Super 8 and a $50 Visa gift card for
groceries.
