Covered the cost of labor at Novus for installing 3 windows ($75 per window) so that female owner can secure her vehicle when it’s parked. The vehicle windows had been broken out, and homeless people were using the vehicle as shelter. She could not afford to replace the windows on her fixed income.

On November 10, 2020, at approximately 0916 hours, an officer was dispatched to an assist call regarding male and his elder aunt that was with him. On November 9, 2020, an officer was dispatch to an assist.  I contacted the male. Male stated he had been a reserve officer at KPD in 1979, and was aware individual that was in need of some help.
