She was being displacedfrom the residence in which she was staying and was needing a placed to stay for her and her child while she was waiting on her father topurchase her train tickets back to Sacramento, CA.

On 10/24/22 a transient witness to an unlawful imprisonment and witness tampering case, came forward and provided a recorded statement.Witness was being threatened for coming forward and wanted move back to Butte, Montana with his adult son but did not have the means. Aone-way bus ticket was purchased to protect the witness as well as assist him with his goal to return home.
