On October 29, 2022, Officer Holden utilized funds to assist a female who was involved in an incident previously that night where herboyfriend, was arrested by police officers, leaving her alone in a disabled vehicle with a broken window. She advised officers she did not have a place to stay, as she was currently living out of the aforementioned vehicle. Officer Holden contacted her near the intersection of W Clearwater Avenue and N Arthur Street, where her vehicle was parked. Funds utilized to purchase the female a two-night stay at the Red Lion Hotel located.
