KPD was made aware of a single mother of 3 year old son and 9 days ago she gave birth to a baby girl. Baby was born with Gastroschisis, which means her bowels are outside of her abdomen floating in amniotic fluid. On January 20, 2021, 77 year old male was involved in a collision inthe early morning hours and was transported to the hospital. Later this same day, after being released he was unable to locate his walker and had difficulties getting around his home. Officer Armitage was able to locate a walker (to assist him in getting around his home) at Goodwill and used the CCF. Male was appreciative of this assistance.

Food Drives & Holiday Gift Card Giveaways

The foundation collaborated with Second Harvest Food Bank and many local business partners to host two food drives, one in August and another in November the week of Thanksgiving. During the food drives backpacks with school supplies and $50 gift card from a local grocery store was given along with the box of food.
