Officers responded to an abandoned vehicle complaint in downtown Kennewick, known as the Parkade. An officer was dispatched to an assist call reference use of the Community Care Fund. Dispatch advised that a female as at the station waiting for contact.  She indicated she was on SSI and had been staying at the Loyalty Inn in Pasco but has since ran out of funds. She further advised that her boyfriend, who lives in Winston, OR, was supposed to come pick her up but was unable to do so due […]

Officers contacted a homeless female and was out of resources. A check from a referral confirmed that she has been sober and trying to do things right. Weather was snowing and freezing over the weekend. She was provided a room at Kennewick Super 8 Motel. Also provided resource information.

Officers responded to a report a black Suburban parked in front of his residence all day. He reported a female and multiple juveniles were in the car. Officers contacted a female as the driver with one juvenile. She said she was waiting for her boyfriend to call her to pay for a night at a hotel as she had nowhere to stay. On February 01, 2021, elderly female was released from Trios and having a hard time securing her residence, which is a multi-unit apartment complex that she owns.  She could not afford to secure some of the doors so Mounts Lock & Key was called. They secured all the locks on the four apartments at the location.  There was a doorjamb that also needed repair, but she advised she could take care of that.

On January 31, 2021, at around 1241 hours, officers were dispatched to a disturbance at the location. Dispatch advised that caller was calling in saying that his daughter was at the location to pick up her daughter and he thought with her past that she would have drugs with her, so he would not open the door.
