Upon arrival Officer Contreras viewed a large pool of water which had amounted in front of an apartment. Office Contreras spoke to the tenant. Case# 23-040518 On May 25, 2023, Officer Armitage used the community care fund for four juveniles taken into protective custody. During an investigation, evidence of child abuse was found and four juveniles were taken into protective custody. The juveniles were transported to the Kennewick Police Department while waiting for CPS. The community care fund was used to purchase McDonalds for the juveniles so they had something to eat while they waited for CPS.

Case# 23-039366 On May 22, 2023, Sergeant Thatsana assisted a mother of 7 children. In the middle of the week she was involved in a vehicle accident.
