Case# 23-87780 On November 23, 2023, Officer Canada assisted a family with PUD and Water Bill. Family from Utah fled to WA State due to DV. Family identified through Communities in School Counselor at Horse Heaven Hills Middle School.

Case# 22-053561 On November 6, 2023, Detective Nebeker purchased more minutes to the victim’s phone who needed more minutes. A recent purchase was made but he later learned it needed more minutes on the account before it would let the victim use it. He added more to the card to make sure victim could use the phone.

Case# 22-090715 On October 31, 2023, Detective Nebeker purchased phone minutes to a victim, who is a transient, of Aggravated Assault so KPD and BCPO can contact the victim with upcoming court date.
