Case# 23-053561 On July 3, 2023, Detective Nebeker assisted a female who was previously a victim of Unlawful Imprisonment/Assault. She is cooperative in the court process, but is homeless and does not have a cell phone. Detective Nebeker purchased her a flip phone with minutes so she can communicate with the prosecuting attorney's office and make necessary appointments.
