On 5/17/2022 officers responded to a welfare check located in a remote part of south Kennewick. The location was determined to be in the area of Ridgeline Drive and SR395, which is under construction. On 05/15/2022 Sergeant Jackson contacted male and wife from Montana who advised that their vehicle is disabled and they are currently stranded. While here, wife sustained a broken ankle which required surgery at Kadlec. They are currently working to obtaining assistance but have requested assistance with a room until Wednesday when they will receive vouchers. I provided then with 3 nights stay at the Super 8, and 2 $50 Visa Five Back gift cards

On 05/07/2022 Officer Hull provided a single mother of 2 housing until HRC can review her paperwork to provide assistance.Also provided two $50 gift cards to help care for her children.

On 05/01/2022 Officer Kuhn provided a hotel room for the night for an adult female after a verbal domestic. Female did not feel safe at thelocation and had been staying in a women’s shelter but due to the late hour the women’s shelter would not allow her back in tonight.
