On 07/28/2023 Officer Goulet responded to domestic disturbance. The female involved had been dating
the male involved for the past four years. The male relapsed on fentanyl and as a result of his behavior,
the female was evicted from her apartment. The female had been threatened by the male after she
ended the relationship. To make matters worse, her father had recently passed away. The female asked
her mother if she could stay with her, but they had family in town and the mother was unable to
accommodate. The community care fund was utilized to purchase a hotel room for two nights.
