On May 31, 2019 officers responded to residence with a female reporting she had found
concerning materials in her garage that she shared with ex-boyfriend. Officers viewed the
materials and they appeared to be materials used to make pipe bombs as well as hand written
instructions. Female was very cooperative with officers. Officers asked her to if she had a place
to stay while all the materials were removed and she advised that she did not. A hotel night was
purchased at Red Lion Hotel for her and her dog.
