On December 7, 2023, Damar Towing responded to an infant locked in a vehicle and was able to unlock
it for an emergency locksmith. Officer Cain was dispatched to assist, as the family had no means to pay.
Officer Cain decided to use the community care fund to pay for the response for the family who was in
distress at the time.
