On December 10 th , 2023, Officer Marshall was dispatched to a law assist near 4 th Ave and Conway Pl. She
contacted the reporting party by phone. She advised she and her two small children ran out of gas near
4 th Ave and Conway Pl and needed help. Due to the heavy rain and having two small children with her,

Officer Marshall went to the Max Mart on 4 th Ave and S Olympia St. Using the community care card, paid
for a gas can and gas, and drove it to the female and her two children. Officer Marshall assisted the
female with filling her vehicle and provided her with the gas can for any future incidents.
