The mother stated her husband and the father of the child assaulted the child by putting his hand around the child’s neck leaving a bruise. Case# 23-97175 On December 23, 2023, Officer Hadley was assisting with a female victim of a felony assault, rape and unlawful imprisonment in her home. Case# 22-090715 On December 14, 2023, Detective Nebeker made a third purchase of minutes for a cellphone for a victim in this case. The BCPO is close to resolving the case and requested more minutes to be able to communicate with the victim.
