Corporal Smith was serving a no contact order between parents of a two-year-old child. The order was to remove the child from the father. Once the child was removed and handed to the mother, it was discovered that the mother did not have a car seat for the child. Concerned about the safety of the child, a car seat was purchased given to the mother.
