On August 14, 2019, Officer Canada responded to a call at Starbucks on Clearwater. He contacted a female crying, she advised she was displaced from her residence and was denied at the mission. She also stated she had not eaten all day. Funds were used to purchase a meal and a night at Motel 6.

On August 12, 2019, Officer Canada responded to call to assist a female who was in need. Female came from Arkansas to visit her son and granddaughter.
