On August 12, 2019, Officer Canada responded to call to assist a female who was in need.
Female came from Arkansas to visit her son and granddaughter. Her son got into an argument
with her and called police and had her taken to Crisis Response. She was assisted by Crisis
Response but was not suicidal or in crisis. She had nowhere to go or anyone to stay with until
her return flight back home in two days. Funds were used to purchase two nights at a local
hotel.
