On August 10, 2019, Officer Moore responded to a call at the Mobile Gas station regarding a
female that was very upset and crying. She had gone out to dinner with a male friend and at the
end of the night he became very upset with her and made her get out of the car at the gas
station and drove off. She had no money or friends to call as she just moved to Washington.
She had been picked up by the male at her home in Burbank and had no way to get home. She
told the officer she was going to sleep in the alley until morning when she could ask someone
for a ride home, it was 2am. The officer used funds to purchase a taxi fair to send her home to
ensure she got home safe.
