Community Care Cases On July 30, 2018 Officers were contacted by an employee at Lourdes Detox. A patient was struggling with addiction and wanted help. The patient’s family lives in Seattle and wanted to help but had no means to come to Tri-Cities to take the patient. Community Care Cases On June 13, 2018 Officer Hughes responded to a disturbance between a male and female. They recently moved to Kennewick from Moses Lake, after moving here they broke up and male kicked female out of the residence. She wanted to return to Moses Lake but did not have any money for gas. Officer Hughes assisted her by filling up her gas tank so she could return home.
