Community Care Cases

On August 13, 2018 Officers were contacted by a family of husband, wife and three young
children needing a place to stay after their apartment lease expired and new housing through
Section 8 not being ready. Four nights were purchased at Clover Island. On August 17th officers
followed up with the family and the apartment manager at the new location, the unit the family
was supposed to move into needed more repairs than anticipated. Three additional nights were
purchased until unit is ready.
