On 10/26/2022, Officer Salter purchase a hotel room for 2 nights for a female and her one-year-old daughter. She was being displacedfrom the residence in which she was staying and was needing a placed to stay for her and her child while she was waiting on her father topurchase her train tickets back to Sacramento, CA.

On 10/24/22 a transient witness to an unlawful imprisonment and witness tampering case, came forward and provided a recorded statement.Witness was being threatened for coming forward and wanted move back to Butte, Montana with his adult son but did not have the means. Aone-way bus ticket was purchased to protect the witness as well as assist him with his goal to return home.

On 10/18/2022 Officer Ealy-Thomas was dispatched to an assist call requesting assistance from the Community Care Fund. A female advised she and her son, had been removed from their residence pursuant to a court order. Officer Ealy-Thomas advised her to contactDSHS, the Kennewick and Pasco Housing Authorities, and the Benton County Health District for assistance prior to providing assistancefrom the Community Care Fund.
