On October 9, 2019, officers were dispatched to a suicidal female. After talking with her, she had her vehicle towed earlier that morning from 395/Yelm the battery was bad, which it is why it died on the side of the highway. One of the stress triggers is the car, the community care fund was used to get the car out of impound and a new battery for her vehicle.

On October 5, 2019, Officer Kuehny contacted a victim of theft of two car seats she had purchased the day of the report. She explained that she was not able to replace them until the next paycheck because she did not have funds to buy them again. Officer Kuehny asked the victim to follow him to Walmart and the community care would replace her car seats. She was very grateful!

On October 5, 2019, Sergeant Kiel was contacted by a male at the corner of N Perry Street and Clearwater Avenue. The male was inquiring about a shelter in Kennewick. He was advised of the Mission in Pasco, he stated that he had already tried there but it was full for the weekend.
