On July 13, 2019 officers were contacted by a homeless male looking for assistance because he could not get a hold of his pastor. Male told officers that he is trying to stay clean and was in need of shelter. He asked for assistance until he could talk to his pastor the next morning. Two nights were purchased at Clover Island Inn. Officers assisted him the next day in getting in touch with the pastor.

On July 8, 2019 officers responded to a domestic dispute between stepfather and stepson and their common apartment. No arrest was made but officers believed that if they stayed together the tension would probably elevate and possibly turn violent. Officers removed the stepfather and purchased a night at Clover Island Inn and a meal for him since he had not eaten all day.
