Community Care Cases On October 7, 2018 Officers responded to call at Target parking lot from female needing help. Female traveled from Montana to Kennewick for work. Her ride abandoned her at Target with no money. A night at Clover Island and some food was provided to her.

Community Care Cases On October 5, 2018 officers responded to a welfare check on a family at Walmart parking lot. Officers contacted a family of 4 with 2 kids stranded with a broken down car. Officers purchased a timing belt for the vehicle and breakfast for the family.
