On June 23, 2019 officers contacted a female asking for money at the Winco entrance. The
female had a one (1) year old baby in a stroller. She explained to officers that they were
traveling from California on their way to Spokane to find work. Their vehicle broke down and
they used all their money to fix it. They needed gas to make it to Spokane. Officers filled their
vehicle with gas and gave them a $50 gift card donated from another organization for food.
