On May 16, 2019 officers responded to call from a female asking for assistance. They contacted
female who advised she had been evicted from her apartment due to lack of payment. Her
vehicle also broke down recently. Female had 3 children with her, ages 6, 4 and 2. She told
officers she had applied for assistance but had nowhere to go during the weekend. Four nights
(Thursday – Sunday) were purchased at Motel 6 for her and her children. Female was very
grateful.
