Officer Ramos was investigating the theft of a trailer, after a traffic stop had been made and the trailer was discovered to be stolen. The owners, who were in Spokane at the time this incident occurred and were very cooperative and helpful with the investigation. Given they weren’t home to know that their trailer was stolen and out of town, the had their trailer towed back to their residence at our request and secured it until they could get home.
