01/30/23 Community and Schools contacted KPD and asked if KPD could purchase one night at a hotel for a single mother and her 5 children who had been evicted from their home. The children ranged in age from 4 years old to 19 years old and were going to have to sleep in their car if they were unable to find shelter. I used the CCF to purchase two nights at the hotel so Community and Schools would have adequate 1time to find the family permanent housing.
