On 8/18/2022 at approximately 0256 hours, Officer E Campbell was dispatched to a disturbance. Upon arrival, involved female came into the parking lot. She had been involved in an argument with her girlfriend, and the neighbor had called the police. Officer had assistance in translating, as she  does not speak English. She is from Guatemala and does not know anyone here. She has been living with her girlfriend, who she claims is jealous and abusive. After an argument, the female left the residence and the girlfriend put her belongings outside. The famle stated that she does not know anyone in the area. She attempted to call a coworker and her manager, both of which stated they could not help her. She had approximately 8 garbage bags on the sidewalk containing everything she owned. Officer Campbell call domestic service advocate 24-hour line, and they stated that they could not take any of the property if they assisted her.
