April 30th, 2020

On April 30, 2020, Officers responded to a domestic violence call where a female had be assaulted by
her boyfriend. Male fled before officers arrived and was not located. Female was very scare he would
return and assault her again for calling the police. Female has no family, vehicle or driver’s license. Her
closest relative lives in Hermiston, Oregon. RAD Cab was contacted and agreed to cross state line. Funds
were utilized to pay the cab to transport her and her two young children to Hermiston.
