April 14th, 2020

On April 14, 2020, Officers were dispatched to a welfare check on a male who had just been released
from Lourdes and had no place to go. He had tried the Mission and it was full, the Oxford House was full,
the Cullum House was full and his caseworker was unavailable. His family will refused to assist him.
Dayshift Mental Health Professional was contacted to assist, she contacted Transitions would not take
him. A night at Baymont hotel was purchased for the night. He was advised to contact his caseworker in
the morning.
