On January 14, 2020, Officer Wolosin was dispatched to an assist with a call at the police station. A male
had recently moved back to Kennewick and was working for two temporary agencies. He was working
with the housing authority to get into an apartment but was currently living out of his vehicle. The work
at both jobs was very slow due to the cold weather and he had no more money until he could work a job
on 1/16/20. He requested fuel for his vehicle to get back and forth to work and some money for
groceries. Officer Wolosin met the male at Safeway in Kennewick, filled his vehicle with fuel, and
purchased a gift card from Safeway for food.
