On September 11, 2019, Officer Stites responded to a domestic disturbance between boyfriend
and girlfriend. Female requested assistance for one night because she did not feel safe staying
in the apartment since the boyfriend threatened to harm her. Funds were used to purchase one
night at Clover Island.
