Community Care Cases

On September 8, 2018 Officers responded to a call where a single mother had relocated to the
Tri-Cities after domestic violence. She has found a job that starts October 1st and has family in
the area but is not yet able to find housing and can’t stay with family due to the lack of space
for her children and pet. Family assisted as they were able. Single mother is currently on the
housing waiting list and has done everything to accomplish everything needed to become
established but still homeless. Assistance was provided for lodging at Days Inn and family
agreed to assist with more additional nights.
