Officer Kruger was dispatched to assist at the Columbia Valley Center for Recovery (CVCR). Staff called requesting assistance transporting a patient. He responded to the location. The patient was discharged but she had no housing. It was determined she had a daughter in the Porland area. She was offered a bus ticket to Portland if the daughter was able to assist her.
