October 17, 2025On September 26, 2025, Officer Contreras was out doing community outreach and was advised of a female who had been brought to the Tri-Cities area through an unknown assistance program from the Moses Lake area. She found herself homeless shortly after. When asked if she needed assistance, she requested assistance getting back to Moses Lake. Officer Contreras purchased a Greyhound ticket for her to safely return home to Lewiston, Idaho.
