Officer Kruger was dispatched to a stolen vehicle report at an apartment complex. A male was getting ready to leave for work when he noticed his car was stolen. He mentioned that he would be able to borrow a car from a family member, but his two-year-old son’s car seat had also been stolen inside his vehicle. A car seat was purchased for the two-year-old.
