On January 20, 2024, Officer Wolf responded to a theft report. He made contact with a female who
advised that a package had been stolen from her front porch earlier in the day. During our contact, she
advised that the package contained a college book for her son worth $103.51. She stated that she did
not know how she was going to afford another one as times were tough. Officer Wolf utilized the
Community Care Fund to purchase a $100.00 gift card for her to replace the stolen book.
