On January 29, 2022 Officer Garcia was dispatched to assist at Clover Island Inn. He
contacted a male who was involved in an accident a few days prior. Due the accident, he was left with a
hospital gown and one shoe. He did not have access to his belongings. He had been trying to make plans
with his sister to get him home but the battery on his phone died. The sister could not provide
immediate assistance. Funds were utilized to purchase a phone charger and 2 night stay. He was also
provided with 2 $50 visa gifts.
