Officers responded to a report a black Suburban parked in front of his residence all day. He reported a female and multiple juveniles were in the car. Officers contacted a female as the driver with one juvenile. She said she was waiting for her boyfriend to call her to pay for a night at a hotel as she had nowhere to stay. When offered assistance, she declined. She said she was okay. When contacted again, officers offered to put her up in a hotel for two nights. She humbly accepted. She did not need any food. She was set up at the Red Lion at Clearwater Avenue for two nights so she and her child would have a safe place to stay rather than in the dark, snowing conditions where the temperatures were to be dropping down to about 14-16 degrees.
