On June 8, 2019 Officers responded to a domestic violence call. During the incident the father
had destroyed all of the family’s phones and communication devises. After further investigation
it was discovered that the father had also been sexually abusing the 13-year-old daughter.
Family did not have the funds to replace communication devices. A cell phone along with 1500
minutes were purchased to allow the family to have access to emergency services and law
enforcement when necessary regarding the investigation.
