December 23, 2018On December 18, 2018 officers were called to a welfare check at a local gas station. A deaf
elderly couple was passing through and ran out of gas and had no money. They were coming
from Arizona headed to Seattle. The male, 69 year old, was in a wheelchair and on oxygen. A
full tank of gas and a gift card were purchased for them. They were very thankful for the help.
