On April 16, 2019 Sergeant Dronen followed up on the male with the two small boys. Male
attended meeting with on-site Mental Health Professional and he was provided with necessary
paperwork to start the process for housing. He got approved for housing at an apartment
complex and Goodwill offered him a job but needed to go to DSHS to file out more paperwork.
He went to DSHS and they scheduled another appointment for him. Sergeant verified that the
male was doing everything that was asked in order the get housing for him and his boys.
Sergeant Dronen used funds for 5 more nights, which will give him enough time for DSHS to
process his paperwork. A citizen purchased groceries for the male and kids, Officer Dronen gave
him a $50 gift card to help him with gas to get around to his appointments.
